Bringing Sir Walleye Back To Lake Erie
With the blessing of former owners, Captain Super Dave and Carolyn O’Neal, Sir Walleye Charters has been brought back to Lake Erie. Captain Kris gained much of his fishing knowledge from Randi Stoneburner (his father), Captain Super Dave, Three Fish Ron, and some guy named Puss, who collectively have over 100 years of Lake Erie fishing experience. With Captain Dave and Carolyn formerly owning Happy Hooker Bait and Tackle Store, Captain Kris has nearly every lure imaginable to catch your trophy walleye.
Captain Kris Stoneburner
Captain Kris has dedicated two decades of his life to fishing in the Western Basin of Lake Erie, spending four of those years as a full-time professional guide. He boasts an impressive US Coast Guard certification as a 25-ton Master Merchant Mariner. In addition, he is well-versed in First Aid and CPR techniques and holds a FCC VHF Marine radio operator's license.
His extensive experience and knowledge of the waters make him a trusted and reliable fishing guide for both novice anglers and seasoned pros alike. Captain Kris takes pride in providing a safe and enjoyable fishing experience for his clients, ensuring they have a memorable time out on the water. His passion for fishing and commitment to customer satisfaction sets him apart as a top choice for those looking to reel in some big catches on Lake Erie.
